Berkeley Beauty Company focuses on servicing the needs of nails & beauty suppliers. We do not sell to general public or beauty salons. Please be advised that we require a copy of business license for nails & beauty suppliers and a tax exemption certificate (or reseller permit) for opening account.

Order Method
To ensure accuracy in processing your order, we prefer to have your order made at this website, or faxed or emailed to us. Our fax number is 678-891-5371. Please call us at 678-891-5370 for any other questions.

After received your faxed order, we will email and fax to you a Sale Order summarizing your order and a Payment Request form for your final review. Upon your confirmation and payment, the order will be processed for immediate shipment.

Prices
All of our products are offered at an extremely competitive wholesale prices. For unusual large quantity of a specific item, a special low price can be arranged via quotation. All prices are published without assuming of typological errors, and subject to change without notice. The prices stated in the Sale Order sent for your review will supersede all prices stated elsewhere, including this website.

Sale Tax
Unless Sale and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption is furnished, we are required to add sale tax to the orders from all customers in State of Georgia. Tax Exemption form is available upon request.

Payment
All orders must be prepaid prior shipment. We accept Check by Fax (electronic debit), company check, money order, direct deposit, and wire transfer. Credit terms will be available only to customers with well-established credit requirement and subject to credit application and approval.

All orders will be processed and released for shipment immediately upon proof of secured payment. All bounced checks will be subject to $25 bank fee, and company check privileges may be revoked.

Minimum Orders
We try to keep the required minimum order quantity as low as possible by smaller quantity packaging. A minimum of $300 for domestic and $500 for international orders applied.

Damage During Transit
Goods damaged during transit is the responsibility of the freight carrier; therefore, all claims must be made per its policy guideline. Customers are advised to refuse to receive the package if visual damage is obvious on the package. Failure to do so will result in the transfer of damage responsibility to customers.

Amended Shipping Terms
USA & CANADA Order For all orders with destination in USA & Canada, the Freight Allowance Program is applied to all applicable merchandises, unless otherwise noted. For small orders, we will ship UPS-Prepaid with our UPS account and the freight charge will be added to the invoice. We will be happy to ship UPS-Prepaid with your UPS account at your discretion.

International Order (except Canada)
You can elect to shipment by air or by ocean by your preferred freight forwarders or our suggested good carrier. We do not pay for freight. All freights must be pre-paid. Customers are advised to make sure compliance with your local custom regulation per products ordered.

Returns
Customer is required to pay all freight to return goods. All returned goods must be in original packaging, and in resalable condition. For prompt and efficient handling of your returns, you must call to obtain an RAN (Return Authorization Number) to be affixed to all returned packages.

Berkeley Beauty will accept, without any penalty, all goods sold within 40 days from the purchase date (except goods not returned in original packaging)

Depending on the type of goods and length of time from date of purchase, a restocking charge as much as 10% to 30% will be imposed for goods returned after 40 days (excluding goods returned not in original packaging and good conditions).

Restocking Charge for Returned Goods:
Less than 40 days................... 0%
40-day to 90-day.................... 10%
3-month to 8-month................ 20%
8-month to 12-month............... 30%
After 12-month........................ Return Not Accepted

Credit will be issued for goods returned and will be applied to the new purchase. No refund will be issued.

Back Order
We do back order items which, at our knowledge, will be available within 30 days from the date of your purchase. We will pay all shipping cost for the backordered items.

Warranty
Unless otherwise noted, all warranty services will be rendered by Berkeley Beauty Company during the period explicitly stated in the product manual. Please advise your customer to fill out and return the Product Warranty Card for warranty service. Berkeley Beauty reserves the right to void product warranty if the product is altered or repaired by unauthorized persons. Warranty covers parts and labor, but not shipping cost to and from the customer.

Note About Revision
To help serving our customers better, Berkeley Beauty Company reserves the right to occasionally revise certain terms and conditions to reflect changing business conditions. If this is the case, the Sale Terms and Conditions published in our current Price List will prevail any Standard Terms & Conditions previously or else where published.
